All orders at £500 or more will be shipped free of charge to addresses located within mainland United Kingdom.
When you purchase a product or service from our website we arrange for the purchased item(s) to be delivered direct from our supplier to your nominated address. Immediately upon receiving your order we make contact with our supplier to initiate your order. We will then revert directly back to you to confirm your order has been received and is being processed. We will also contact you to provide you with the relevant information with respect to timing of dispatch and delivery of the item(s) you purchased.

We regularly update our website based on the stock levels reported by our suppliers, however, we cannot guarantee the information we are provided with by our suppliers. In the event that a supplier is out of stock we will contact you immediately following your order to notify you and to provide the estimated timescale to delivery. In the rare occasion that this occurs, you will have the option of either waiting for the item(s) to come back into stock, or you can simply request a full refund.
Please note that if you request that the order of any items is cancelled after the item(s) has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of the delivery and the return of the item(s).
